Business Website Help…….?

My dad has a small business in the Franklin County, PA area. It’s called Aqua Design Water Gardens. He’s been doing this(building water features such as koi ponds) for ten years but has no website due to his lack of technological skills. He decided that it is time to get one running but he doesn’t know how to do it. He wants it to be a very simple site where he can show customer statements, pictures of previous works, and maybe some links to the people he buys his products from. If any of you can give me multiple, yet very easy ways(for I am not that good with computers either) that I can create a website like I described that will be amazing.
